AirBaggage leverages scheduled aviation routes to provide a market-leading 24–48 hour service level on all global corridors.

1. The 24-Hour Sovereign Standard

By synchronising parcel movement with real-time flight manifests, direct missions (e.g. Lagos to London) can be completed in as little as 7 to 12 hours total.

2. Multi-Node Digital Chain of Custody

To maintain 100% transparency, every parcel moves through a sequence of Verified Nodes. No transfer occurs without a Biometric-QR Handshake.

The First Mile: Runners

A verified Runner (Local Specialist) collects your package. They perform the initial manifest inspection and secure the parcel for transit to the Hub.

The High Leg: Transit Agents

The Transit Agent (TA) takes physical possession for the international flight. All TAs are biometrically vetted travellers already headed to your destination.

The Final Handshake: Delivery

Upon arrival, the parcel is handed to a destination Runner or directly to the Recipient. The final handshake releases the mission payout.

SOVEREIGN GOVERNANCE: Every mission patch is overseen by a regional AirBaggage Ambassador. As the "On-The-Ground" COO, the Ambassador coordinates the Fleet to ensure connection buffers are optimised and all handovers remain secure.

3. Transit Buffers

For routes requiring flight connections, we apply a mandatory 12-hour buffer. This accounts for connection windows and local customs processing (if applicable), ensuring your package arrives within our 48-hour global promise.

4. Proof of Delivery (POD)

The only valid Proof of Delivery is the Triple-Lock QR Handshake. Traditional signatures are not accepted. Funds are held in secure escrow until this final digital key is exchanged between the Fleet and the Recipient.
