For items exceeding £200, Senders MUST maintain independent third-party insurance. AirBaggage assumes zero liability for undeclared high-value items sent without proof of personal coverage.

⌛ Delivery Timeline

Our mission target is 24–48hr delivery. AirBaggage is indemnified against delays caused by airline operational failures. Delay does not trigger a total loss claim.

Aviation Amnesia: Items forgotten on board or in airport lounges.

The Ghost Handshake: Handover without QR-Code verification.

Unsecured Custody: Packages left unattended in public areas.

Fragile Default: Damage from inadequate internal packaging.

Customs Seizure: Losses from undeclared or prohibited items.

Force Majeure: Airline accidents or Acts of God.

Phase 1 Shield

Discretionary fund for verified total losses. Subject to biometric audit and "Total Duty of Care" compliance.

🏃 The Runner Protocol: Last-Mile Liability

Custodial Responsibility: Runners assume 100% liability from scan-to-scan. Shield requires photo upload proof at pick-up. No photo = No cover.

Aggregation Logic: Profitability is achieved through volume matching. We optimise for regional corridor density over individual mileage.

🚨 Mandatory Indemnity Clauses

1. The £200 Declaration Mandate: Senders MUST declare specific values for items >£200. Failure to declare automatically indemnifies AirBaggage.

2. Custodian Proof: Runners and Transit Agents must provide condition photos upon audit. Failure to provide biometric proof voids all pool protection.
