I have not received my Payment
Usually payment is received within minutes of Mission completion, but it can take 1-3 business days. Note: This is not within the control of AirBaggage but the settling Bank (Stripe or Paystack). We advise you support your bank first; if unresolved, contact your Local Commander.
Offline? Manual Handover Protocol
Protocol is flexible but evidence-based. If offline, TAs/Runners must take timestamped photos of the parcel, the QR code, and Agent ID. Once back in signal, upload the 'Offline Pack' to the manifest. This maintains the 'Iron Gate' integrity even without internet.

โข Senders: Have something to move from A to B.
โข TAs: Air travellers who carry for Senders to earn money.
โข Runners: 1st and Last Mile service (picking up from Senders/TAs) to earn delivery fees.

My Parcel is missing
Immediately check the 'Live Radar' on your dashboard. If location data is stagnant, contact the Departure Hub agent listed on your manifest.
I can't find my Runner / Receiver
Use the 'Handover Coordination' link in your Mission email. If no response in 15 mins, contact your local Hub for intervention.
I can't find my QR Code
Log in to your 'Identity Vault'. Your active Mission QR is always anchored there for instant field access.
My Parcel is damaged
Do NOT settle the mission. Take high-res evidence and upload to the 'Dispute' section of the manifest for Commander review.
Registration & Verification Help
Verification requires a clear ID and proof of address. If 'Pending' for over 24hrs, ping the Global Hub for manual anchor.
