The Identity Mandate

NO TRANSACTION occurs on the AirBaggage Radar without full Identity Verification. Every Sender, Transit Agent, Runner, and Ambassador is biometrically anchored in the Sovereign Identity Vault before they can participate in any mission node.

At AirBaggage, the safety of our Fleet and the security of our community are the bedrock of our operations. All participants must strictly adhere to these parcel classifications.

SOVEREIGN OVERSIGHT: While AirBaggage Ambassadors do not physically handle parcels, they serve as the "On-The-Ground" Coordinators and Regional COOs. They provide oversight for their respective Hubs, ensuring that all Transit Agents and Runners maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

1. Absolutely Prohibited Items

Illegal Substances: All narcotics, psychotropic substances, or controlled illegal drugs.
Dangerous Goods: Explosives, fireworks, flammable liquids, pressurised canisters, or hazardous chemicals.
Currency & Cash: Physical money, signed cheques, bullion, precious stones, or activated payment cards.
Weaponry: Firearms, ammunition, tactical equipment, or bladed items of any description.

2. Restricted & Conditionally Accepted

Consumer Electronics: Devices must be declared with serial numbers. Valuation is capped at £500 unless "Sovereign Shield" protection is applied.
Prescription Medicines: Must remain in original pharmacy packaging with a matching prescription label for the recipient.

3. Multi-Node Verification (Lock 2)

Verification is mandatory at every handover point between Fleet members. Ambassadors provide the operational framework to ensure these handovers are secure:

Visual Inspection: Every Fleet member in possession (TA or Runner) has the absolute right to inspect contents against the manifest.
Photographic Evidence: Timestamped photos of the parcel contents must be uploaded to confirm integrity at every node.

4. Fleet Responsibility & Negligence

The primary responsibility for the care of the package lies with the assigned Fleet member (TA or Runner) currently in possession. Ambassadors provide guidance, but physical custody remains with the active node.

Insurance Voidance: Any evidence of negligence (e.g. leaving a package unattended) will immediately void all insurance cover.

5. User Liability

The Sender accepts full legal responsibility for the contents. You agree to indemnify AirBaggage, Transit Agents, Runners, and Ambassadors against any legal action or fines resulting from undeclared items.
